Shipping policy

Processing Time

All paintings are carefully packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. For custom or commissioned pieces, processing times may vary and will be communicated directly to you.  

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the artwork. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
  
  

• International Orders: 7–21 business days
  
  

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing for international shipments.

Shipping Carriers

I primarily ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Packaging

Each painting is securely wrapped and packaged to protect it during transit. If a piece is particularly large or fragile, it may be shipped in a wooden crate for extra protection.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll work with you to file a claim with the carrier and find a resolution.
