This painting is my meditation on the quiet, sacred moment before the world knew the tomb was empty. The Garden Tomb depicts a rock-hewn chamber bathed in effulgent light—blinding, brilliant, and alive with color. In this light, stone becomes flesh. The body of Christ could not be contained, and the Spirit of creation cannot die. It lives, moves, and makes all things new.

Created in oil, this piece captures the mystery of resurrection and the promise of eternal life. It’s a visual prayer—one of hope, transformation, and divine presence.
