Forum, III is a loose, expressive original drawing of the Temple of Saturn with the bright, blue Roman sky in the background. Created from memory after my very first trip to Rome. I made this as one panel of a triptych, and while all three pieces speak to each other beautifully, this one always seems to be every man's favorite—which I find so interesting. Executed in a fluid, intuitive style, this Rome temple drawing captures the essence of ancient architecture through personal reflection rather than strict realism. It’s a quiet tribute to a place that left a lasting impression on me.
